To Whom It May Concern,
Despite a howling wind and pending rain, I went for my 1hour (5km) walk last night. On top of all the other exercise I did yesterday and being horribly out of shape, I ended up with jelly legs and woke up with severe calf cramps in the middle of the night! Now, where did I put that magnesium supplement?!
WEDNESDAY:
2 Scrambled eggs, 1 tsp sun dried tomato pesto, 30g mozzarella. 50g Greek yoghurt. 271 Calories.
30 minute interval training on the elliptical (it's pouring down outside!), resistance tubes, isometrics. Not sure about the power walk!
Green tea capsules, kelp and 2 litres of water.
Please note that this post is merely to record my activities and to serve as a means of motivation, because I'm such a lazy sack o' shit! Please do not feel obliged to leave a comment. I'll do a proper post on Friday, where I won't have lost any weight and you can all have a laugh! ... I need killing!
