Today's Thinspo! |
To Whom It May Concern,
Sorry I've been such a miserable bitch lately, my brain chemicals just need a little while to adjust to the new eating plan. I went for my walk last night, even though the weather was slightly nasty. I'm pleased that I didn't flake out! Today, the city is covered with a cool, silky silver cloud-sheet. It makes a nice change, it's been getting uncomfortably humid lately!
The new 'breakfast only' deal is working surprisingly well. I've been waking up hungry, which makes a change from waking up nauseous! I eat one meal, when my metabolism is at it's peak, take kelp and green tea to assist and cruise on coffee, tea and water for the rest of the day, it been great! My digestion doesn't feel like it's labouring anymore and my pain levels have dropped. I'm experiencing a big drop in abdominal discomfort too. Come to think of it, the last time I was super skinny, I was also having breakfast only. Can't believe it's taken me this long to remember that! Idiot!
If I'm lucky enough to shed some weight, I'll reconsider the diet and maybe add a handful of something around midday as I get busier with my textile craft. For now though, eating once a day is enough. I'm dead serious, guys if tomorrows weigh-in shows no loss, you can all have a fat laugh! It's kind of funny how stubborn my body is!
I went to bed rather late last night. I should have been thinking about sleep, instead I was thinking about cheese! I woke up this morning with an insane craving, so here it is, along with my workout...
THURSDAY:
Scrambled eggs, sun dried tomato pesto, steamed peas and cheese, drowned in hot sauce! 359 Calories.
Kelp and green tea capsules, 2 litres of water
30 minutes interval training, resistance training and isometrics.
1 hour walk in inclement weather!
I'm taking the rest of the day off to finish Mich's fiction. I feel so bad about not finishing this, I made a promise. Now that I'm not working, I can get things done again! I can't think of a better way to spend my day than with a good piece of fiction! So, without further ado...
Sincerely,
Cinnamon Brown.
