Just a question, Sophia, my little Georgia Peach, where, oh where is your blog? Are you OK? I know, I know, I'm paranoid, but I worry! Oy!
So, just to recap, this is what my week o' breakfast has been like so far:
SUNDAY NIGHT:
Epsom and fruit salt flush. YIKES-A-FUCK-A-DING-DONG, BABY!!!
MONDAY:
Scrambled eggs and cooked tomatoes, sprinkled with cheese and drowned in Tabasco! 377 Calories.
Green tea caps, kelp and 2 L of water.
1 hr (5km) power walk.
TODAY:
150g Greek yoghurt and 3 hard boiled eggs. ( I struggled to get through this!) 319 Calories.
Green Tea caps, kelp and 2 L of water.
30 minute interval training, resistance tube (dyna band) workout, isometrics.
I might finish with another power walk tonight if the weather holds. It looks like there's another storm brewing. Eish, African Summer! Hope it rains in the catchment areas to fill up the dams!
