When I was working in a used bookstore a few years ago, I remember hearing that it was difficult to draw the customers attention to items much higher than eye level. I think this is very true of life in general. We seldom look much above eye level and when we do it is often up at a pretty severe angle probably above 45 degrees. So today's image represents an angle somewhere probably between 15 and 40 degrees, an area which I think most people don't look at that frequently.
