Canon today issues a service advisory for the EF-S 18-200 f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens. Canon have discovered that this lens may have screws that come loose inside the lens and which may interfere with zoom operation of the lens. Affected products are within the range of serial numbers 450xxxxxxx to 631xxxxxxx. Canon mentioned that this lens with this phenomenon will be inspected and repaired free-of-charge.
