Mr. and Mrs. Randy and Ashley Bol

It was truly OUR pleasure to be Randy and Ashley's coordinators for their amazing wedding this past weekend at the LA River Center and Gardens. These two are the epitome of fun, creative, and inspiring and it showed in every detail of their wedding. If you remember, I blogged about their amazingly creative and personalized invitations. As you can imagine, their wedding was no different. Most of the photographs that you will see here were taken by Roxy from Truly Yours Catering. ENJOY!

I had to snap a few pictures with my iphone! Look at how beautiful she is!

Ashley and Randy did a fist pump in their wedding. Didn't we tell you they were the coolest?!?

Libby Bol and Ben Owens (Sister and Brother of the couple) sang an amazing version of "Sometimes" by Rhett Miller. We situated them so that they could be looking at the

bride and groom while they sang. Watching them stare at A and R was a tear jerker!

The ceremony site was very intimate. Truly Yours set up everything flawlessly and made

the perfect arrangement so that everyone had a perfect view of A & R.

Ashley watched as her brother sang two songs during her ceremony.

The tears did not stop there!

Ashley's childhood friend Cheryl presided over the ceremony and gave one of the most

astonishing and chill evoking speeches. The entire ceremony was threaded with moments

and hints of who these two beautiful people are.

The first kiss as man and wife (the fist pump came directly after this)!

Randy and Ashley told us their dream for these intricate escort cards and I will be honest in saying, we were quite confused as to what they would turn out to look like. But as you can see, they came out to be AMAZING! Each table had a different theme (something that related to the couple and their history together). One table was the Bevo table because Ashley went to UT. Another had the University of Wisconsin's Badger representing Randy's alma mater. These

were great topic starters as well for those guests who did not know one another!

The breathtaking cake toppers were designed by the bride and groom and flowers were placed

perfectly on the cake by Sky Flowers. The cake was delicious and made by Cakery Bakery. The grooms cake had an amazing homage to RAD (the awesome BMX movie from the 80's)

Each place setting had a CD made by the bride and groom. This CD was mindblowing and will get its own post. That is how cool it was!

Around the table we scattered buttons that adorned the same hand drawn picture of the couple

as seen on the original invitation. Guests wore them all night long and many were excited to take them home and add them to their accessory arsenal.!

Yummy coffee bar with chocolate chips ready for the guests. Vikki really enjoyed this part!

The AMAZING staff of Truly Yours Catering worked seamleslly with All You Need Is Love Events and the entire evening went off without a hitch! Sean (pouring champagne above) was phenomenal and always let us know when the "Game was on".

Grand entrance was made to "Kick Start My Heart" by Motley Crue.

First dance as a married couple to "Lashes" by Rhett Miller.

Ashley was one of the most easy going, level headed, and inspiring brides that we have worked with. She didn't want the evening to end! You can see in this picture that she is just so happy to start her life as Mrs. Bol and we were so happy to

be there and help her make her dreams come true!

The party got going and people did not leave the dance floor until the last shuttle left at 12:15 am. We made sure alarms were set for A and R (since they were supposed to leave at 6 something for their honeymoon), put them in the car of their awesome Best Man Doug, and sent the lovely Mr. and Mrs. Bol on their way. We can't wait to see the photographs from their photographer Gerry and share them with you! We were so lucky to also have the amazing help of Ms. Katie White. Without her, things would not have run as smoothly. Thank you for being the third musketeer Ms. White. Many adventures to come!

All in all, we can not begin to thank Ashley and Randy for letting us be a part of their day. We were truly moved by the love and amazing energy that rippled through the crowd that evening. Everyone was so happy to see these beautiful people join their lives together and start a new family. We left feeling tired and happy and content. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Bol.
