I recently used the AP to enter the US. There were no issues in the US. However, the immigration official in India had some confusion trying to understand the AP. I had to show him a letter that my company's lawyer had given me listing the details of the AP and that I could use it for entering the US.

I'll take a run at it. Just opened the shadows and added a touch of saturation, mainly to put more punch in the sky so it will stand up to the heavy, cold mountains. I like the shot but can appreciate it's not what you saw. In a shot such as this, I would have tried either using a graduated ND filter so you could give more exposure to the rocks, or shoot two frames, one exposed for the sky and one for the rocks, then sandwich them together. Did you get other shots later during the sunrise, where there is some light on the rocks?

For once, I like what Grassley is doing.

All antis says something good about one program and bad for rest.. they want to kill all program one by one. Today in hearing anti's tone was to reduce total immigration.

this is only way they can reduce is making one group happy while bashing at another, but you never know when is your turn.

I should say if they are really worried about L1 and its fraud why not to scrap L1 and grant GC for all l1holders. why don't they say like that ?

How can I inform the USCIS (I-485 pending) that my lawyer is not representing me any more? Do I need to fill up any form (like G28)?

I do not want USCIS to send ant document to my ex-lawyer anymore.

you would have to specify that when you apply for the AP. Look at part 7 item 2 in the application.

- What it means is different depending on who you say it to and also the context.
In a meeting when you say that it means you either don't have a clue or you don't want to talk about it as it either is less important than what ever else you have to say or it will only prove how inefficient you are.

However, when you say that to the Senate committee it means that you will have to get back with at least a 3-10 page report. It would have helped had Myorkas been more supportive upfront but what the heck... The Senators already know the answer anyway. They were just asking for support from Myorkas.

There is a very good chance that the gov't will seek to remove your son from the US even if he is only found guilty of misdemeanors.

And why is that?
The misdemeanors could be NOT CMT....only CMT crimes are deportable or serious felonys right?
If the crimes are not crimes of moral turpitude then they are not deportable under immigration law?
Please explain your viewpoint as to why you think they would deport someone with a record of misdemeanors that are NOT CMT

I think you are slightly off again. This clause pertains only to labor certification and has no relation to quotas as I understand. Remember that there is no such thing as an LC quota. So you still wait in line... Only gain is that the bar for labor is slightly lower because the employer has to show that they hired the best guy for the job as opposed to showing that no minimally qualified American citizen was available. ;)

While you're at it, why don't you also copy and paste all the articles/news stories that support skilled worker immigration that are on this site, and send them across too.

That will help them tremendously, since congressional staffers are often pressed for time and cannot gather all the supporting information by themselves.
