Weight Loss Woes!

Thank you so much for signing in with me. You guys are the best!

Hey everybody! Sorry I've been such an incredible loser of late, but I have been reading and commenting on your blogs. I've not posted, because I've had nothing to post about! This last week really got right out of hand and I ended up working late into the night on outstanding projects and last-minute preparations for the wedding, which was today. I survived the wedding ceremony and am on my way to the reception soon, so I thought I'd do a quick post. I'm a bit nervous about the buffet dinner being served. I've been told that it's a complete carb fest! Thankfully, there are a few salads. The invitation said "Bring your own drinks", so I'm taking a bottle of red! I was thinking about getting totally sloshed and leaving before dinner is even served, but that might not be the best idea! I think I'll be OK with a bit of salad, though.

This coming week is going to be very quiet now that the bride is happily married and enjoying a well deserved honeymoon! I'm looking forward to some serious restrictions and heavy exercise. My weight is skyrocketing again. I can feel it. I will take the plunge on Monday to see just how awful it really is and finally get on with shifting some of this excess flab! I've been conducting a series of experiments over the course of the last few weeks. It's to help me curb my eating and, more importantly, to avoid the dreaded binge! I want to put it into action along with a new exercise routine and see if that doesn't do the trick. I've asked grantthegeek to take photos of my experiment so I can put them, along with my results and exercise plan in my next post.
