To Whom It May Concern,

Thank you so much to the lovely Ariana and Danae for awarding me with this. I hereby nominate the following bloggers for this award:

Dotty Mcilduff

1) I have a National Diploma for textile design and technology. My passion is fibre art and textile related craft! I love to knit, crochet, sew, embroider, etc. I have a particular fondness for complicated knits, such as cables, lace stitches and textured patterns.

This is the sweater that I'm making this for my beloved house mate, Grant!
 2) I'm obsessed with the Pacific Northwest and all things from that area, especially Coast Salish Art. This is my favourite shop at the moment. I want all the Native American stuff at this store! I'm not greedy, I just like a lot! Other favourites include the Tlingit and Haida artworks of the Alaskan people. So beautiful!

Salish Bear and Two Ravens by Joe Wilson.
3) Further North! I love, love, love the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights)! It is my greatest wish to gaze upon them before I die. Only then, will I die happy! I even have yarn called 'Northern Lights'! I can't wait to work with it!

4) I love all animals, even the scary ones! I love them so much that I once had a garden full of flowers with animal names, like: snapdragons, teddybear sunflowers, delphiniums (dolphins), kitten's tails, elephant's ears, lupins (wolves), butterfly bush, hen and chickens and foxgloves. Sadly, the drought has wiped out most of my garden and this takes me to number five...

Pug-apanthus!
 5) I have a rather impressive cactus collection so far. I'm planning on replacing all the dead plants in my garden with them and having a new garden that looks like a strange alien landscape from another planet! Desert flowers are so beautiful! This is my little baby, she gave us a beautiful show this year!

6) I am a spectraphile! It means I LOVE COLOUR! The brighter, the better! My all time favourite is indigo. I go nuts for this colour! I can't stop looking at it. It sends me on a trip! I love it so much!

Indigo!
7) I am deeply fascinated by kaleidoscopes and fractals. They are amongst my strongest artistic influences and I can look at them for hours!

Sincerely,
Cinnamon Brown.
