My desk has recently become quite messy so when I was thinking about what to photograph I began to think about light as a sea. Because one can control the amount of light a camera lets in one can over-expose an image-that is have more light than would be typical. By doing this parts of the image can be entirely washed out while others are left. So I thought, what if my desk is a landscape which I were to submerge. What items would remain? The catch of course being that I flood it with light rather than water. Here is the result:
