In light of my newest follower being an 'oke (popular South Africanism: from the word 'bloke', meaning  'chap' or 'guy'), I decided to post a pic of a super-sexy, skinny 'oke, in the form of 'Dashing Dave'. So, I was pretty good today, I kept my intake to below 500 cals and managed a 1 hour power walk. Not bad considering I worked 9-6!

I'm pulling a 48 hour fast on Wednesday, starting at sunrise and ending at sunset on Thursday. It entails having only liquids  (water, black tea and coffee and diet soda). I really enjoy a good fast. That clean, empty feeling, it's an awesome high! If anyone would like to join me, please do. I need all the support I can get! Le's do dis!
