Despicable Me!

Dear Courtney and Starving Artist,
Please accept my most sincere and humble apologies, I AM A DESPICABLE CUNT!!! I feel so terrible about not thanking you for signing in with me! Thank you so much for your sign in, I really do appreciate it. I hate lack of consideration in others, but I LOATHE it in myself! Once again, I'm truly sorry, please forgive me :(

This week has been a complete fuck up! Why are we not surprised?! I ran out of green tea tabs and tried to rough it, 'au naturale'. Needless to say, I failed abysmally! I felt so lethargic the entire week, it's just not true! I could get nothing done. So useless! It's also been a very blustery week, so road running went out the window! I really don't function well in heavy wind, trust me to live in 'The Windy City'!

The week also got off to a bit of crappy start when one of the girls I work with stopped talking to me, out of the blue. I have no idea what I've done wrong, nor do I care. She routinely takes umbrage with one of us and this time it was me. Fortunately, I never respond when people pull this kind of crap on me, because I flatly refuse to participate in such behaviour. "Never roll around in the mud with a pig, you both get dirty, but the pig enjoys it!" (Chinese proverb) The problem now is that there's all this unnecessary tension and I could, quite frankly, do without it! It's all so childish! Thankfully, the 24th is my last day. I can't wait!  I've applied for a job at a coffee shop, as a cashier. Hope I get it!

Work today was only made bearable by the fact that I didn't work with the abovementioned, but a lovely girl instead! We work together every alternative week and this is that week. (small mercies!) We're the underdogs at work and we stick together. It seems only fitting that we're both leaving on the 24th! We have no guilt about not being loyal, either. We get no commission, no discount and no thanks! Plus, we don't get paid enough to be loyal!

It was month-end for many people so the rich housewives poured into the boutique in droves! Most of the ladies that come to the shop are super nice and really friendly, but there are always the fat, obnoxious, ostentatious hens, who gossip endlessly and complain about everything from the weather (hot flashes, despite our air con being on 'blizzard'!) to the small sizes of the clothes! (we don't cater for plus-sized, 'financial gain-fed' hens) Dreadful women, more money than sense! I really need a change of scenery!

I think a job at a coffee shop will suit me nicely. The pay is much better, so are the hours. More importantly, free coffee! I love coffee and free coffee certainly goes very well with this 'Cinnamon doughnut'!

Well, I have green tea tabs again, so all is well again! I'm looking forward to a better week and a fresh start. I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.
