Thanks for your sign-in, I greatly appreciate it.
I still feel like such crap after Sunday's debauchery! No sympathy, self-inflicted! I've set up some new guide lines for the next few weeks.
Take vitamins
No more than 500 calories a day
Exercise for no less than 40 minutes every day
2 litres of water every day
Meal Plan For Today:
Breakfast: Vitamin cocktail (see here)
Lunch: Water
Dinner chicken and celery
TOTAL: 325
I don't know about you, but I feel that without music, exercise is a total snore fest! I've made up a list of some of my favourite workout tunes. I mostly love loud, heavy, angry music with a little high energy on the side!
