Today, 'Random Chance' is smiling on me. Weigh-in this morning showed 56.5kg (124.5lbs)! Finally, a change! I can really recommend high-speed power walks!

I would just like to thank you all, once again, for your comments and remind you that I like to reply beneath them, so as not to clutter up all of your blogs. I must apologise if I leave essays, on my blog or on yours. I'm a chatty little bitch, if you give me half a chance!

I notice that many of us had a rough time of it this last while. I hope this weekend brings some relief. I know the last  few weeks before the holidays are going to be difficult, what with exam stress and all, but we're nearing the end. It's Thanksgiving at the end of the month for those in the States and then Christmas all over for those who celebrate it. For those of us in the Southern Hemisphere, there's Summer Holidays and warmer weather to look forward to...until February, when this place turns into a furnace...for two and a half months! Oy, living in Africa! Hang in there, everybody and have a great weekend! Much love.
