The Midweek Special.

To Whom It May Concern,

Dear glmx,
Thank you for signing in,  I do appreciate it!
So, it 's Wednesday and I don't know about you, but right about now, I'm craving something sweet. Here's another low calorie recipe, dedicated to the amazing 'Blog Squad'! Apologies for the bad photo, my food styling is rather ghastly!

The Midweek Special

1 cup (8 fluid ounces) plain (natural), unsweetened yoghurt ( I used Greek-style)
1 large strawberry (approx 50g), sliced
20g blueberries (approx 15 berries)
1 tsp honey (I used orange blossom honey)
3 raw cashew nuts (approx 4g), crushed
1 sprig of fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Place the yoghurt in a dish and arrange strawberry slices and blueberries on top.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped cashews.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.

Super skinny this recipe?

Ditch the honey and nuts and replace the plain yoghurt with a low fat/fat free, artificially sweetened yoghurt of of your choice.

According to The Australian Women's Weekly fat+carb pocket guide, these are the nutrition levels for an average meal:

I hope this Wednesday finds you all well!

Sincerely,
Cinnamon Brown.
