Chasing Rainbows!

Dear MissyBee,
Thanks so much for sign in. May your day be bright and buzzing!

As many of you know, I'm stuck on a rainbow! Ask anyone who knows me and they'll tell you I'm utterly obsessed! I'm an artist after all and you wouldn't expect anything less, now would you?! My home is filled with them and on any rainy day, I'll be out in a Mac and Wellies, doinksing through puddles, hoping to catch a glimpse of my favourite thing!

Blanket what I made!
I made this blanket in a moment of madness. Needless to say, the felines love it and knead it to shreds! Nothing is sacred when you have cats!

There is a meal plan at the bottom, suggesting ways to add more colour to your diet, but in my opinion, there are too many allergy foods and way too many calories. I suggest taking the information provided and formulating your own meal plan. Adapt, adopt, improve! There are also some healthy hints which you may find useful.

I previously mentioned that I consume no white food. What I meant by this was no bread, flours, sugar and potatoes. I realise this was a mistake, as forgot  to take into account things like cauliflower and onions and mushrooms. I didn't realise that ginger, garlic and bananas were considered white foods, I would have thought they'd be yellow. Just goes to show what I know! Thank 'Random Chance' for the Internet, or else I'd never learn!
